Try a medium length almost to your shoulders, layered in a trendy look.

Also, have some low-lights put in to add dimension and shine.

Go to your local grocery store or pharmacy and pick up a hair magazine - I think it's called Sophisticates - it's a great mag. and check out all the styles %26amp; colors there.

I had my hair lightened a couple of shades and it washed out my complexion. Sometimes you can add lowlights or do a darker base color and then throw in highlights so you get a little contrast going on.

add layers and dye your hair darker. right now its washing you out!

add some layers to your long hair...and maybe invest in a good straightening iron. you can change your look day to day going back and forth between wavy and straight. some good product for wavy hair would be good as well, such as curl spray that will take away any frizz. as for the red hair, red is gorgeous. try getting redlights put in to add definition.
