For girl with longer hair..or girls leting their hair grow out?

My hair is a bit below my shoulders, layered, and im leting it grow out long. How can I style it so it doesn't look so blah? I straighten it because its frizzy on the ends and then its just so flat. I do blowdry it too but then it falls flat at the root when I straighten it. What can I do? I have tried volumizing sprays and they dont work hardly at all..

i used to have the same problem.. i now occasionally blow dry my hair and use "Big Sexy Hair Products" .now if you you wash your hair the night before..then again blow dry but not all the way and put your hair up and sleep with it up and straighten the crinks and creases with a flat iron in the morning...

Evenings out definately curl yur hair.. target or walmart has a set of 24 hot curlers for $25 its worth the mini investment!! But if you do curl you have to use the hot rollers!

When you blowdry your hair, turn upsidedown to really add volume to your roots. It is really nice without being crazy. O and do use a little vloume gell stuff and really work it into your roots before you blowdry your hair. I hope that works
