New Years Eve Outift help! need hair ideas too!! ASAP!!?

Ok, so I am going to my boyfriend and I's mutual friends new years eve party. He says he is semi-formal. His girlfriend is wearing a little dress, but he said to just wear nice jeans and a nice shirt. BUT I HAVE NO IDEA!!! I REALLY want to stand out, cuz I'm kinda known for that.. but on a holiday when everyone wears black, silver or red.. it's kinda hard :].

I'm thinking of nice jeans with heals for sure. And I'm pretty sure i'm going to curl my hair. (I'm 5'5 110 lbs blue eyes and blonde hair about 4 inches past my shoulder and I live on merritt island florida so it's def not cold!) if you have any ideas please tell me ASAP!!!

or. a nice halter or strapless top and skinny jeans to make it casual.
