I think a deep red/brownish color would really make you shine, I think if your were to perhaps not straighten your hair (Unless you really wanted to) but make it a little more settle and some side swept bangs. would really be cute.

I think Dark hair would go best with your skin tone. You could style it differently. How about geting it straightened [if you dont have straight hair] and cut in layers.

I would say depends on what kind of look you're going for. I don't think blonde will look too good, but I'd say a caramel blonde/brown color. Maybe just highlights.
