What is a good modern (medium-long) hair style for a person with fine, slightly wavy hair? I have no clue what hairstyles will be going into style soon, but I don't want to look dated by getting a hairstyle that will shortly go out of fashion. Pics help. "Layers" doesn't tell me much. I can't do bangs.

How to do it:
Take front peices of you hair, brush them out, pull it back, twist it, poof it! =]
All you really need for it is
1. Hott hair to work it
2. A clip (bobby pins)
3. Hair Spray.
