his bangs flip to the side like that because he uses his hat to help it stay like that try wearing mor ehats and i guess just constantly keep moving ur head to the side kinda thing where you move it outta ur face without touching it, ask for layers and if its a guy ask for like a skter asian cut

use mousse when ur hair is damp an if ur hairs wavy then straiten it. it its strait, then good for u. lol. yea so use like a TINY bit of gel in ur bangs like use as much as u would use of hand cream and put it in ur hands all over so ur hands are just sticky not gooey then touch ur bangs and like mold them where u want it then use lotsa hairspray. warning- the hairspray if u use to much of it will make u look like u got sum nasty dandruff.
